Si raccomanda anche di insegnare come funzionano gli algoritmi e le basi della sicurezza online.\n\nNel contesto scolastico vengono discussi e\/o raccomandati:\n<ul>\n \t<li>formazione per insegnanti sulla misoginia online<\/li>\n \t<li>riflessione sulla mascolinit\u00e0 e valorizzazione di modelli maschili positivi nei programmi scolastici<\/li>\n \t<li>workshop sui bias di genere<\/li>\n \t<li>contro-narrazioni e tecniche di neutralizzazione della propaganda<\/li>\n \t<li>misure disciplinari e\/o pratiche di giustizia riparativa in caso di episodi sessisti<\/li>\n \t<li>coinvolgimento dei genitori con comunicazione regolare su comportamenti online problematici<\/li>\n \t<li>limitazioni dell\u2019accesso a internet a scuola (es. blocco di siti specifici)<\/li>\n \t<li>sviluppo di materiali didattici dedicati<sup class=\"footnote\"><a href=\"\/it\/chi-siamo\/bibliografia\/#33\">33<\/a><\/sup><\/li>\n \t<li>creazione di safe space in classe<\/li>\n \t<li>rafforzamento del senso di appartenenza e delle relazioni di fiducia<\/li>\n \t<li>integrazione sistematica di riflessione su genere e diversit\u00e0 nei curricula<\/li>\n \t<li>lezioni su discriminazione, rispetto ed uguaglianza<\/li>\n \t<li>individuazione precoce di bullismo e molestie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nPer i ragazzi gi\u00e0 attratti dalla manosfera \u00e8 importante attivarli attraverso pari dello stesso sesso. Gruppi e programmi di <em>peer support<\/em> possono facilitare percorsi di uscita, promuovere narrazioni alternative e offrire esperienze di distacco. In particolare, nei forum incel si raccomanda il coinvolgimento di persone con esperienza diretta ed ex membri (<em>credible insiders<\/em>). Esiste inoltre un potenziale significativo nello sviluppo di supporto di gruppo online su larga scala.\n\nSono inoltre necessari: riflessione critica sulla mascolinit\u00e0 (\u2192 link: Incoraggiare), analisi ideologica, promozione di connessione e partecipazione sociale e rafforzamento delle competenze psicosociali. Il prof. Un approccio puramente centrato sul deficit \u2014 che mira solo a eliminare comportamenti problematici maschili (disturbo, aggressivit\u00e0, provocazione) senza offrire alternative \u2014 rester\u00e0 limitato o rischia di risultare controproducente.\n\nLavorare con i ragazzi tenendo insieme limiti e risorse richiede riflessione di genere e sensibilit\u00e0 ai processi di socializzazione. Va ricordato che appartenenza e riconoscimento come uomini sono bisogni esistenziali per molti giovani. Non si pu\u00f2 semplicemente chiedere agli uomini di abbandonare il proprio modello di mascolinit\u00e0 per \u201csaltare in un vuoto neutro di genere\u201d senza offrire un altro modo di essere uomini<sup class=\"footnote\"><a href=\"\/it\/chi-siamo\/bibliografia\/#36\">36<\/a><\/sup>. Nella prevenzione della violenza, ad esempio, il compito educativo non \u00e8 eliminare completamente l\u2019aggressivit\u00e0, ma elaborarla, ridurla e promuovere una cultura del confronto costruttivo<sup class=\"footnote\"><a href=\"\/it\/chi-siamo\/bibliografia\/#37\">37<\/a><\/sup>. Serve una \u201ccoltivazione positiva dell\u2019aggressivit\u00e0\u201d: non come forza puramente distruttiva, ma come energia che pu\u00f2 anche proteggere e sostenere. Ci\u00f2 include imparare ad accedere in modo controllato alla propria energia aggressiva, rafforzare autoaffermazione e autocontrollo, attivare risorse interiori e sviluppare la capacit\u00e0 sia di porre limiti sia di rispettarli<sup class=\"footnote\"><a href=\"\/it\/chi-siamo\/bibliografia\/#38\">38<\/a><\/sup>.\n\nLe competenze per un lavoro con i ragazzi orientato al genere e alle risorse sono ancora poco integrate in modo sistematico nella formazione delle professioni educative e sociali. \u00c8 quindi necessario rafforzare la presenza della riflessione di genere nei percorsi universitari e nella formazione continua, affinch\u00e9 i professionisti possano applicarla nella pratica.
